pneumatic/hydraulic systems and significantly reducing production
line retrofitting complexity. With a 2T maximum dynamic load capacity and ±0.02mm repeat positioning accuracy, it provides reliable

Featuring a fully enclosed die-cast aluminum alloy housing with IP65 protection rating, it resists dust intrusion and high-pressure water spray, adapting
to harsh environments like humidity and oil contamination. The
piston rod undergoes hard chrome plating and is paired with
self-lubricating wear-resistant bushings, achieving a reciprocating
motion lifespan of over 5,000 km and extending maintenance cycles by 3 times.
The extended piston rod design supports a 50-1,500mm full stroke range. High-precision ball screws and anti-twist guide structures ensure
smooth operation over long strokes. Users can customize stroke
length, mounting types (flange/trunnion), and motor interfaces
(servo/stepper) to adapt to multi-axis 联动 (multi-axis linkage)
systems.
For food and pharmaceutical industries, it is specially equipped
with NSF H1 certified food-grade lubricant, compliant with FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 standards to eliminate
lubricant contamination risks. The piston rod uses 316L stainless
steel with electrolytic polishing (Ra≤0.4μm), meeting GMP cleanroom
requirements.
In high-speed filling equipment, the ES electric cylinder achieves
precise bottle gripping and transportation with 2T thrust. Its IP65
protection withstands Clean-in-Place (CIP) cleaning processes,
while food-grade lubricants ensure product safety.
Paired with robotic arms, it completes vertical lifting and
horizontal transfer of engine blocks. The ISO 15552 interface
